簡介

基督為本基金（誠心所願 Project Amen）是本港專為成年晚晴人士提供圓願服務的慈善機構，服務不收取任何費用。

過去7年，基金已為650多位晚晴人士圓願；90%為社福機構轉介，圓願人士年齡介乎20歲至102歲。

基金由執行委員會及專業顧問團隊治理，並與醫院、社福機構及義工網絡緊密合作，確保圓願服務專業、安全且具人文關懷。

About Us

Overview

BASIC Foundation (Project Amen) is Hong Kong's charity dedicated to free wish fulfillment for terminally ill adults.

Over seven years we have fulfilled 650+ wishes, mostly through referrals from social service partners.

The Foundation is governed by an executive committee and advisors, working closely with hospitals, social agencies, and volunteers to deliver professional, compassionate wish journeys.
